Elissavet Kouveli is a Lawyer well versed in Civil and Banking Law with long-standing presence in banking sector.

In her current legal role at Optima bank, she supports Retail Networks through work that lies at the intersection of law, technology and digital operations. In this capacity, she supports digital banking initiatives, contributes to legal frameworks for modern payment services and participates in AI‑driven projects that enhance and automate banking processes.

Her previous experience spans complex legalization assessments and high‑stakes corporate structures, AML‑related governance and civil litigation.

Elissavet graduated from the Law School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Law & Economics from University of Piraeus.
