Alexandra Varla
Alexandra is the founder of MINDRE Legal Experience Design, a consultancy with the mission to lead the change towards a modernized and effective legal ecosystem. Through her work at Mindre, Alexandra empowers legal professionals to work more efficiently and deliver high quality services with measurable value and bottom-line impact.
She has graduated from the Law School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London.
Before founding Mindre, Alexandra worked with businesses in the creative industries, as well as dynamic innovation and technology companies, providing them with custom-made solutions to protect their critical business interests.
She is also the editor-in-chief of LAWYER Magazine, a legal business magazine published in Greece by Boussias Media and the founder of Tailored: Law & Business in the Fashion & Luxury Industry, an educational initiative that examines the interaction of law with the fashion and luxury industries.
Alexandra has authored the Greek chapter in the Fashion Law Comparative Guide 2022 & 2024 published by the Global Legal Post and the chapter “Unconventional Trademarks in the Wine Industry”, which was included in the book 'Wine Law', published by ESHTE, USAL University of Salamanca and University of Sorbonne (Paris I). She has also contributed several articles in the field of non-traditional trademarks and aesthetic functionality in the fashion & luxury industries, and she teaches Intellectual Property, Privacy & eCommerce Law in the Global MBA and the Diploma in Digital Marketing offered by IST College, as well as the Master in e-Business & Digital Marketing offered by René Descartes College in collaboration with le CNAM.
